From Bari take the SS379 in direction of Brindisi, about 7.4 miles (12 km). Before getting to Brindisi, take the Apani exit, follow the signs towards the San Vito station and as you get near the station, follow the directions to Mesagne (on the Acquaro country road SP 44) for about 2.4 miles (4 km). The entrance of the Masseria will be on the left.
From Brindisi: take the SS16 in direction of San Vito dei Normanni and continue for about 6.2 miles (10 km). After passing the flyover that crosses the railway line, turn left in direction of San Vito station, and immediately after, turn right in direction of Mesagne, for about 2.4 miles (4 km).
