The masseria, with its restaurant, 'il Gelsomino', characterised by four comfortable halls in neo-classical style with cross vaults, can welcome guests in winter months. The large porch with columns wrapped with jasmine, is ideal in summer time. We'll welcome and satisfy the diners with the tasting of different recipes and typical dishes, seasoned with our extra virgin olive oil Baroni Nuovi served along with our exclusive 'home-made' wines.

We offer exceptional services for the organisation of events, meetings, briefing and various evenings and entertainments.

The chef of 'il Gelsomino' restaurant proposes to the hosts accomodated at the Masseria, daily fixed menus. The suggestions of typical dishes enable customers to fully taste the wide choice of the Upper Salento. Each recipe is made of products from the property itself and from the lands, therefore promoting and bringing forth the policy of the ‘zero km’. It facilitates the supply of food items directly from the producer to the consumer.

Various starters are proposed, main courses and side dishes, fresh seasonal fruits, and to conclude, one of our delicious home-made desserts. Water (wines and beverages are excluded).

il Gelsomino restaurant will re-open during the Easter period and will remain open all summer evenings until Autumn. External guests are most welcome, a mere reservation is needed.
