Recipe of the day of the Masseria

I’ll tell you the recipe of the day! This morning while walking on our farm, immersed in the beautiful countryside of Salento, we get inspired by the many scented orange trees: why not make a jam? A good homemade marmalade with freshly picked oranges of the farm.
We enjoyed making a jam to taste from breakfast to our guests on holiday in Puglia. Our recipe calls as a basic ingredient of our juicy and fragrant oranges and such wisdom of the hands of those who, with love and devotion, preparing the delicacies, then, will be served at breakfast and dinner in the Masseria Baroni Nuovi.
